Domestic Leak Detection

We offer fixed pricing for standard domestic leak detection.

Commercial or unit complex leak detection may incur additional labour or excess gas charges if required.

Pool &/or Spa Leak Detection

Click 'Request Booking' and reference it's for a pool & we'll email you a copy of our Pool/Spa Service Agreement. It outlines all investigations we carry out, along with charges.

Terms & Conditions

While we make every effort to locate concealed leaks, there are occasions where a leak cannot be found or is difficult to identify due to the building's construction or site conditions. We stand behind the quality of our service and will work collaboratively with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.

When we locate a leak and it's repaired, a second leak will only be evident following the initial leaks repair. We only charge an hourly rate to return to a second leak within the same line (must be within 30 days of our attendance date).

FIXED PRICING is based on standard domestic properties.

Commercial properties, unit complexes and large lines/blocks may incur additional charges for extra time or excess gas required to complete investigations.

NO FIND, NO FEE - when a leak is at the property that we're unable to detect.

* Excludes being called to site when there is no leak.

* Excludes water damage or ongoing issues that require investigations.
